RHF is looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor
We have an opportunity to join our expanding customer service team.
RHF offers excellent customer service to a large customer base, in many different industries, nationwide and throughout Europe.
Accurately processing sales & purchase orders
Office admin tasks
Raising and sending reports
Use and management of a CMS database
Answering customer telephone queries
Respond to email enquiries
Maintaining good customer relations
Customer Service Experience
Strong IT skills – especially in Excel
Strong Maths and English
Being proactive and flexible
Good Organisation and Work Planning
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Being courteous and professional
The ideal candidate will show a willingness to learn about all aspects of the business and how we work. They will also have a proactive approach to training and adapting their skills to the needs of the business.
